What are the basic policies of the resort?

  • Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am.

  • All of the guest rooms can accommodate up to two adult guests except for the one bedroom guest rooms which can accommodate up to four adult guests.

  • All the guest rooms are non-smoking and no pets are allowed. 

  • There is no smoking in the sitting area outside the rooms. There is a smoking area in the courtyard. 

  • There is a minimum $150 fee when smoking has occurred or pets have been brought in to the rooms. The fee is for the required additional cleaning and loss of revenue while the room is undergoing the required extra cleaning process. 

  • Daily guest room cleaning services are not offered. Weekly cleaning services are provided for extended stays.

  • The resort is intended for the enjoyment of our paying guests. If you have guests visiting you, please preserve the privacy of the other guests. The persons listed on the reservation are responsible for their guests’ actions when on the property. 

  • There is a minimum $60 late check out charge incurred for any late departures.

  • There are no refunds for early departures, late arrivals, inclement weather or if the beach/ocean is not available during your stay. 


What do we need to know before arriving to the resort?

We will call or text you the day before your check-in to obtain an estimated time of arrival for your stay. We will do our best to accommodate early check in requests. Our standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and our check-out time is 11:00 am.


How do we check-in to the resort?

We offer two ways to check in to the resort.

Guided Check-in: If you arrive during our office hours (10am to 5pm) and prefer, we will meet you in person and offer you a guided tour of the resort and show you to your room and answer any questions you may have.

Contactless Check-in: If you arrive after our office hours or prefer a contactless check-in, we will call you or text you the morning of your arrival with your room number and door code.  Once you arrive to the resort, you may proceed directly to your room and use the code to gain access to your room. Your folio, receipt and parking pass along with information related to the resort and nearby attractions will be placed in the room for your convenience.

Is there a resort fee or a parking fee?

There are no resort fees and parking is provided complimentary for all of our guests.


Are there any other fees?

The following are charges for any damaged/taken items: face and hand towels $10; bath and pool towels $15; sheets $50; and comforter $60. Any other damage to the guest rooms or resort will be charged based on the cost of the item damaged.


What amenities does the resort offer?

The resort offers a lush tropical courtyard setting with the following onsite amenities:

  • Pool (pool hours are dawn to dusk)

  • BBQ grill

  • Complimentary use of beach chairs

  • Complimentary use of beach towels

  • Complimentary use onsite washing and drying machines


How far is the beach from the resort?

The resort is located about a half block from the beach and just minutes from the world-famous Deerfield Beach Fishing Pier.

What is located within walking distance of the resort?

There are many restaurants, bars, grocery stores and other shopping venues are located within a short walking distance of the resort.

  • The resort is conveniently located within walking distance of some ocean front restaurants, such as, Oceans 234, JB’s on the Beach and Deerfield Beach café.

  • Restaurants within a block from the beach are Flanigan’s, Whales Rib, Bru’s Room Bar & Grill, Amantes Italian Cuisine, Barracuda Seafood Bar & Grill, and Bob’s Pizza.

  • Specialty stores include Island Water Sports, Billabong and more.
